Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1742625 2008-10-10 No Violations Noted Spudded 10 5 08. Rig moving on location to finish drilling well. Pit/freeboard/E&S Ok.
1978661 2011-06-08 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 10/15/08. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the well-site. Access road had numerous ruts which during wet periods of the year make the road impassable, however there was no accelerated erosion or sedimentation. Noted a small intermittent spring/stream crossing over top of the access road approximately 200 feet past the entrance off the private road. The operator should implement a culvert for this flow of water to insure it does not create an erosion problem on the access road.
