1830306 2009-09-24 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed at the time of the inspection. A below grade and above grade pit were located onsite. Both pits had more than the two feet of required freeboard. Noted that a service rig was located onsite. Access road was well rocked and no accelerated erosion and sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site. Filter fabric fence appeared to have been installed properly. The operator should continue to monitor the site and access road for accelerated erosion & sedimentation until final restoration activities are completed.
1840727 2009-11-03 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed at the time of the inspection. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation with respect to the access road or well-site. Access road and culvert inlets and outlets had been permantly stabilized with clean durable rock. Site had been regraded, seeded, & mulched. Vegetation had not begun to grow. Operator should continue to monitor the site to insure that the vegetation achieves 70% uniform coverage.
