Well head consisted of 8¿ subsurface pipe with 2¿ stand pipe located in the center of pipe. The 2¿ pipe had a shut off valve. No production equipment was attached to well or present at the site. No signs of leakage of gas around wellhead. At the time of inspection, no E&S issues and no IW issues. Based on inspection, it appears that the well has been abandoned and is not producing. No well tag was present.
NOV was issued to Dannic but vacated upon Dannic's response - court ruled Dannic defaulted on the lease agreement & assigned well ownership to land/mineral rights owner - Sophia Corridoni. |
