By not implementing and/or maintaining E&S control BMPs, and by not maintaining an accurate E&S control plan at the project site, Chief Oil & Gas, LLC has violated 25 Pa. By discharging sediment into the waters of the Commonwealth, Chief Oil & Gas, LLC has violated Section 401 of the Clean Streams Law, 35 P.S. § 691.401 and the Rules and Regulations of the Department. I sent electronic pictures of the violations to Mike Hritz of Chief and will be working with him to resolve the outstanding issues at this well site. |
