Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1446131731 2015-10-29 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today is on a producing well. The GPS coordinates in RBDMS for the well are off by roughly 300 feet. I walked to where the GPS coordinates in RBDMS were located and confirmed that nothing was there. Well is equipped with 4.5 inch production casing, 1.5 inch tubing and rods. The 4.5 inch casing valve is closed. The 1.5 inch tubing valve is opened. A pump jack is hooked up to the well. Well is in production. There is a 210 bbl. tank, 100 bbl. tank, and a vertical separator right by the road. 100 bbl. tank has an indentation on the right side but it is not punctured and still capable of holding fluid. The well sits around 450 feet behind the tank pad in a cattle field. There is no identification on the tanks or the well head. Identification labels are on the tanks but have not been filled out. I believe 24527, 24504, and 24524 all share the 210 bbl. tank, 100 bbl. tank and separator. Lease road to the tanks is in good shape and vehicle accessible.
