The well consists of 5.5 inch diameter casing with a 5.5 inch diameter to two inch diameter swage. There was a valve on the swage that was turned off. The two inch diameter was reduced down to 1 inch diameter. There was a second valve on the 1 inch diameter pipe that was also turned off. The well was in violation for a lack of a legible identification and failure to notify the transfer of the well. The well still lacks a legible identification. |

He wasnt sure if the ownership/assignment of the two Foster wells had occurred when he purchased the wells. According to 1501:NONEH he failed to notify MRM of assignment or transfer of this well. This well shall be transferred to current owner/operator. I explained that he needs to check his deed first to see if the transfer occurred. I left him ODNR exempt owner paperwork to submit to Oil and Gas Division just in case he needed to transfer the wells, changing the ownership of the wells to him. |

I called Mr. Krake and at 11:41 am there was no answer, I left a message at this time no call back. |
