-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are concrete barriers protecting the containment from vehicles. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Along the interior of the chain link fence there are two site drains installed. There is an earthen berm, with well-established ground cover. The soil stockpile is well stabilized with vegetation. Crops, woodlands and/or underbrush are growing normally outside the area of disturbance. Drainage and erosion controls outside the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. Preliminary restoration is complete and has passed inspection.

-based mud used to drill and condition the hole, a lead cement slurry followed by a tail cement slurry were pumped. The lead cement was mudscaled at 13.5 pounds per gallon (ppg). Schlumberger pumped 328 bbls of lead cement at 13.5 ppg. Tail cement was mudscaled at 15.2 ppg, and adjusted to 15.0 ppg. Schlumberger then pumped 349 bbls of tail cement at 15.0 ppg. The plug was dropped and displaced with 312 bbls of water as measured by tanks. The plug bumped the float collar at 7:47am on 04/17/2013. Pressure held. The float held when the pressure was released, and 3.5 bbls of water bled back. A trace of cement returned to surface.

1363532675 | 2013-03-15 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on location for the cementing of the conductor casing. The permit number and the emergency information were posted at the entry of the lease road. The pad was surrounded by a chain link fence with a main gate. The lease road was stable and drainage controls were in place. The topsoil had been piled at the south end of the pad. The soil was seeded and was covered in straw to prevent any soil from washing away. The permit for the well was posted inside the company trailer. Express Energy Services drilled a 26 diameter hole to 117. Express installed 117 of 94lb, 20 OD casing. During drilling, the driller found that all the material was saturated with water and could not give me a precise depth as to where the water was coming from. O-Tex was the cementing contractor. Circulation was established. The cement was mudscaled at 15.6 pounds per gallon (ppg). O-Tex pumped 66 bbls of cement slurry at 15.6 ppg. The cement was displaced with 38 bbls of water. Cement returns to surface were observed. An estimated 25 bbls of cement returned to surface. Displacement was completed at 2:00pm. |
1473339845 | 2016-03-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location for a status check. My inspection found the access road gate locked and the
access road is in good repair. An identification sign at the access road entrance, well, and tank battery. The pad is fenced and all man doors are locked. The #8H well is in production. The well is equipped with a christmas tree valve assembly. There is a steel dike around the tank battery. The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 3 - Storage tanks 400 bbl 2 - Gas processing units (GPU) 2 - Sand separators 1 - Thermal electric generator 2 - Producing wells Site fenced and man doors locked |

1659405670 | 2013-03-13 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was at the site to check the progress on the conductor drilling operation. Express Drilling was on location and in the process of drilling the conductor hole for the Briceland Trust 8H. Once the 8H conductor hole was completed and casing installed, then the rig would move to the 5H and begin the conductor hole. |
