1604694843 2004-12-21 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well not in production - has well head on it but not closed in - no gas - this looks like I/O to me - never heard of M & M Drilling, but is on the Amos Lease that Carl is producing - might be about to get him to pump it. Was pumped from a central powerhouse along the river - when researching records, says part of the Sistersville Repressuring Unit owned by Carter Oil so chance it could be plugged and never cut off. Will not pursue at this time.
