0225465269 2010-04-14 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Inspection revealed that Shawn Watson is plugging this well with fireclay. No violations at this time.
1127879743 2006-02-16 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this date to verify the permit numbers with the GPS coordinates. The tank battery is shared with permits 20304, 61357 and 61358 and consists of 1-500 bbl tank and 1-20 bbl tank. There is no identification posted at the wellhead or tank battery, the well is idle and there is no bond.
1799062929 2017-04-10 Final Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to determine the status of final restoration of well #6-1360. The former well location was within an agricultural field. I navigated to within ten (10) feet of the location coordinates of the well and did not observe any depression or evidence of a former well. I did not observe any flow lines or evidence of production in the field. I located a rivet steel production tank and wooden separator barrel in a wooded area adjacent to the field. The tank identified Watson as the operator and that 5 wells on Smith produced into the tank. I called and spoke with Mr. Shawn Watson to confirm that well #6-1360 formerly produced into this tank. Mr. Watson stated that this well did produce into the tank and that he planned to remove the tank once conditions improved. Final restoration will not be passed until the tank has been removed.
