Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1377531034 2013-08-08 Orphan No Violations An inspection of this orphan well revealed an above ground 5.63 outside diameter casing with a threaded cap equipped with a plug and a elbow fitting on top with no valve or gas hookup. There was no observed leakage of fluid and/or gas. The well was situated in town and behind a now vacant residential dwelling with a large lot at 817 Blanchard St. At time of the inspection, there was no plotted well location. The immediate well location did not contain oilfield debris only overhead obstruction consisting of trees. Rig entry will need to be discussed with the landowner. Entering from front of house would require the removal of wooden privacy fence and space also limited by a mature tree. Note: Well approx 10 from the fence line.
