No production tubing has been set in the wells to date. A flow back company identified as Colter Flow Back is on site monitoring the initial production stages. All 4 wells are being flowed through sand trap separators. The wells are being produced through the flow back companies iron and are also flowing through glycol heaters. The well are also producing between 30 to 50 barrels of fluid per hour. Crews are on site installing the production facility. I also contacted Edgemark representative Jeff Dierndorf regarding a odor complaint received from a local resident on this day. The company will investigate their production facility and determine if the odor source is their facility while ODNR Inspector Tom Thomas and myself check other well pad in the area to attempt to determine the cause of the odor complaint. |

We spoke with Edgemarc representative Jarod Constable. Due to the drastic weather changes, a minor surficial slip occurred near the lease road, and Edgemarc informed ODNR Inspector William Stolarik of the issue. Edgemarc is moving forward with remedying the situation by using an excavator to remove any material related to the slip, and replacing it with type D rip-rap. This will assist with better drainage, and minimizing the occurrence of any future problems. It will also be noted that rainwater with sediments from the pad were released through the drainage system and outside the LOD, due to a failed sock issue, which is also being addressed. |

The Bronco well head completion stack is sitting atop the well head (B) section. All well head completion equipment valving is 7.0625 dimensional internal size and consists of a the following equipment from the well head upward, a manual master valve followed by a hydraulic master valve then a flow cross and finally a 3rd manual master valve before the 6 port completion iron attachment head, atop the completion head is a Bowen wireline head assembly. There is 320 pounds per square inch (PSI) on the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing, and 300 PSI on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing. Additionally, there are (4) gas processing units, (3) 500 barrel upright production storage tanks within steel containment, (10) 500 barrel horizontal frac storage tanks within lined containment, and an above-ground storage tank (AST). I spoke with EdgeMarc Production Superintendent, Mark Toplovich onsite. The AST is currently idle due to the secondary containment being compromised and releasing production fluid onto the pad. The remaining fluid within the AST will potentially be utilized in the completion process for upcoming wells on a separate well pad. The horizontal frac tanks are now receiving the produced fluid. All pad drain valves are closed and any fluid on the surface is being pumped into the frac tanks, as well. |

There are (4) producing wells, (4) gas processing units (GPU), and (3) 500-barrel steel production tanks within polymer lined steel containment. An Emergency Shutdown (ESD) button is present at the production facility, wellheads, and entrance. Additionally, concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wellheads. Identification and annular pressure monitoring devices are present at the wellheads. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing has a pressure of 200 pounds per square inch (psi), and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing has a pressure of 200 psi. Due to the ongoing remediation process, in regard to the compliance notice issued on 11/28/2018 to permit number 4801, the preliminary restoration will be addressed at a later date. |

The well is selling into a 3 diameter sales line with a line pressure of 3,200 pounds per square inch line pressure (PSI). The 5.5 diameter production casing pressure is 5,132 psi. Annular pressure monitoring is in place with 250 psi on the 13.375 diameter surface casing and 250 psi on the 9.625 intermediate casing pressure. The well is selling through a flow back manifold with a sand trap vertical separator present. Down line from the sand trap separator is a gas processing unit followed by a contact tower and glycol heater. There is a 3rd party midstream valve point on the West side of the well pad. The production fluid facility consists of 3 steel construction tanks of 400 barrel capacity each, all tanks are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. Also on location is a large above ground storage tank that the production fluid is being transferred into and hauled from location by a 3rd party water service company. The well pad perimeter drain valves are in the closed position and all surface fluid is being recovered and hauled from site.
