0337452304 2005-03-03 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found old shallow Cow Run? Well that is not producing. Has been old central power that has fallen in, well has tubing and looks like 5 production casing. MIKE - this and other old well are reportedly owned by Arthur Arnold, unregistered owner that owns many shallow wells in the area. Need to contact. Tank has no IDs, no dike, wells probably have produced in last 20 years. This well found while trying to locate 20847, a well reportedly plugged when drilled. This well in section 31, as old microfilm indicates.
