1426021802 | 2015-03-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location to follow up to complaint #4957 regarding natural gas venting from a domestic water well. The lease road is stable and leads up to a plunger lift well with house gas connection. The well is fenced in with I.D. signage. The wellhead is equipped with a 8.625 diameter surface casing valve and the annulus does not show any built up pressure at this time. The tank battery has proper I.D. signage and is shared with well#24486. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike, contains a 100bbl production tank, poly brine tank, horizontal separator and meter run. There are no violations at this time. |
1897617409 | 2018-03-26 | Production Wells | No Violations | I did a partial status check for this well. I received a phone call from George Strawn (Everflow Eastern) on 03-23-2018 and he advised my the plastic brine tank had been removed. The plastic brine tank with the hole in the side has been removed. The tank battery is shared with well #151-24889. |
2080359849 | 2018-03-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | I did a status check inspection for this well. The well is equipped with a plunger-lift system. The tank battery consists of steel production tank, a plastic brine tank, two horizontal separators and 2 meters. The tank battery is shared with well #151-24486. The well is legibly identified. The plastic brine tank has a hole in it - it is not leaking at this time. I notified George Strawn (Everflow Eastern) and he advised me the brine tank will be removed by the end of the week. |
