0218727263 | 2017-09-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel tanks, one drip, one horizontal separator, and disconnected sales meter with a 2 inch diameter line, .125 inch orifice, and a chart meter with no chart present. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current |
