0680313153 2012-12-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I inspected the drilling operations at the Krabill 2 (34151258200000) site on December 16, 2012. The drilling contractor for this well is PEP Drilling Inc., rig number 10. My inspection found an operator sign at the entrance to the site. The access road is graveled from Oakhill Avenue to the well site. Silt fencing has been installed parallel to the unnamed stream north of the wellhead and is in good condition. The working pit and blow pit are located to the south of the wellhead; soil berms are being utilized to isolate the pits. The working pit has 8 feet of free board and the blow pit has been dug but is not lined. The pits are not cordoned off with safety fencing. The disturbed stream channel has been reclaimed to pre-drilling conditions and the banks have been seeded and covered in straw. PEP drilled a 17.5 inch borehole to a depth of 136 feet and is setting 11.75 inch conductor casing and cementing to surface. The blow out preventer and rotating air head were not in place; PEP is set up to drill on fluid. Herb is the driller on duty. A copy of the permit is located in the dog house.
0703506568 2012-12-17 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I inspected the Blow Out Preventer (BOP) testing at the Krabill 2 (34151258200000) site on December 17, 2012. The drilling contractor for this well is PEP Drilling Inc., rig number 10. My inspection found PEP installed the BOP and rotating air head and chained both to the substructure. The BOP was pressured to 1,000 psi and the hole was loaded with water and pressured to 350 psi. The test was for a total of 30 minutes and there was no loss of pressure. After completing the test, PEP drilled out the cement plug and started drilling the 7.875 inch borehole.
1037148775 2018-05-29 Production Wells No Violations I did a status check inspection for this well. The well is equipped with a pumpjack. The tank battery consists of a steel production tank, a plastic brine tank, a vertical separator and a meter. The dike is shared with the tank battery foe well # 151-25820 (Krabill #2). The well is legibly identified. No compliance issues are cited at this time.
1050531227 2012-12-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I inspected the Krabill 2 (34151258200000) well site on December 13, 2012. My inspection found the access road was partially graveled to the well site. An operator sign is posted at the entrance to the site. Pyramid Pipeline is on-

The drilling contractor for this well is PEP Drilling Inc., rig number 10. My inspection found an operator sign at the entrance to the site. The access road is graveled from Oakhill Avenue to the well site. Silt fencing is in good condition. The working pit and blow pit are located to the south of the wellhead; soil berms are being utilized to isolate the pits. The working pit has 5 feet of free board and the blow pit has 3 feet of free board. The pits are cordoned off with safety fencing. PEP is drilling a 7.875 inch borehole and the current depth is 4223 feet. The blow out preventer and rotating air head are in place and PEP is drilling on air while soaping. The cellar is lined. Herb is the driller on duty. A copy of the permit is located in the dog house. The Berea Formation was slightly wet and the top of the Oriskany Formation was recorded at 3510 feet.
1637768814 2012-12-17 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I inspected the drilling operations at the Krabill 2 (34151258200000) site on December 17, 2012. The working pit has 5 feet of free board and the blow pit has 6 feet of free board. The pits are cordoned off with safety fencing. PEP drilled an 11 inch borehole to a depth of 618 feet and was setting 8.625 inch surface casing and cementing to surface. The blow out preventer and rotating air head were not in place, but PEP did use an air body attached to the 11.75 inch conductor casing to drill on air and fresh water. Herb is the driller on duty. A copy of the permit is located in the dog house.
1869073984 2012-12-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I inspected the Krabill 2 (34151258200000) well site on December 14, 2012. My inspection found the access road was graveled to the well site. An operator sign is posted at the entrance to the site. Pyramid Pipeline is on-site cutting trees into 20 foot sections and stock piling the limbs. PEP Drilling is moving drilling rig #10 on-site. Silt fencing has been installed parallel to the unnamed stream north of the wellhead. Pyramid Pipeline dug a sump in the unnamed stream north of the wellhead to pond water for use during the drilling operations. I explained to Pyramid Pipeline that a perennial stream could not be altered in any way and the stream channel and banks needed to be reclaimed to pre disturbed conditions.
