The pad surface had thick vegetation. The area affected by the pad construction had been restored with no erosion issues and thick vegetation was in place. A lease road still remains with a gravel surface and a steel gate at entry. In order to meet final restoration requirements; lease road and entry gate shall be removed unless a landowner wavier is obtained. |
