Berry Well Service was contracted for completion services. I witnessed a mechanical bridge plug set at 2,084 feet inside the 4.5 inch casing. The casing was perforated from 2030 feet to 2034 feet with 9 holes. Appalachian Well Survey set the bridge plug and perfed the casing. Tubing was then run into the well so that acid could be pumped at the perforated intervals. Producers Service Corp. was contracted to pump acid. Time of inspection: 8:15 AM.

We met with Dave Hill Inc. at the Klema/Bruce Farms #1 location to discuss drilling operations for the Cannon Unit #1. John Suhar, Don Kreager, and Gary Sitler was on location for Dave Hill Inc. Kilbarger Drilling supervisor Gary Smith was on location and Greg Wycoff with Buckeye Water was present. John Suhar pointed out the access road/entry point that would be used during drilling. We walked the drilling location and the rig and pit orientation was explained. John Suhar informed me that Kilbarger rig #1 would be used to drill the well and that they would begin building the location within a couple weeks. Weather: 6 snow on ground during inspection. Note: This is not an urban area permit
1395755697 2014-03-09 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Inspect drilling operations. Kilbarger rig #1 drilling on air with 7.88 PDC bit. The depth during inspection was approximately 2,000 feet. Kilbarger drilled into a reef in the bottom of the Big Lime @ 2,016 feet and mudloggers recorded a 2,000 unit gas show. Gas was being flared into the blow pit during inspection. David R. Hill Inc. contracted Fesco Inc. to sample gas. After the gas was sampled Kilbarger loaded the hole with brine to kill the flare and went to drilling on fluid. No violations.

A GPS reading was taken at the wellhead. The area around the well has been restored and landscaped with trees. The tank battery consists of (2) 100 barrel tanks inside an earthen dike. The tanks are within the same dike as a #6118. Identification was posted at the separator. The inspection meets ORC 1509.072 requirements.
