2066281484 2012-07-12 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I conducted an inspection on the preliminary restoration of this site and found that the site had not been graded or seeded. The well head was equipped with a plunger lift system and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 210 bbl stock tank, one 100 bbl brine storage tank, a separator and an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills around the well head or tank battery and proper identification was posted. This site does not pass restoration at this time.
