I called Dale Smith to ask if he had any new information on their plans to produce the well. Dale said that once he looked into it he discovered that this well was not in his area of responsibility. He said that Chris Belch was responsible for that well and he passed my concerns on to him. I called Chris and he confirmed that there was some dispute between MFC and M&R Investments (Diversified) concerning the gas sales line. Chris said that there has not been any recent discussion about the well. He said that he would discuss the situation with his administration and get back to me with a tentative plan. |

0892614733 | 2013-09-30 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | On the day of my inspection Kilbarger Drilling Rig 1 reported encountering an obstruction at approximately 6541 when attempting to run drill pipe in for the bottom plug. The pipe was hung briefly, but they were able to get it free. At that point they lost circulation due to the open end of the drill pipe being plugged. Petroset made and unsuccessful attempt to pump on the drill pipe to dislodge the material. Kilbarger Drilling then made the decision to trip out of the hole, clear the plugged drill pipe and run back in. |
