0527956255 2004-04-29 Production Wells No Violations The old 210 bbl stock tanks have been removed from the property.
0642639950 2003-03-06 Production Wells Violations Noted During a status check inspection, the 210 bbl stock tank was found to have holes and was seeping crude oil, which had impacted the dike area. The bull plug in the 210 bbl tank drain was also leaking brine. The 210 bbl tank is in very poor condition and either needs to be properly repaired (no more sticks) or replaced. There was also no identification at the wellhead. The three Rubber City wells have a common tank battery with three 210 bbl tanks, one 100 bbl tank and three horizontal separators. I contacted Dan Long (330-866-3558), the pumper for Cutter and informed him of the problems.
1049900827 2003-04-04 Production Wells No Violations The violations have been corrected and the operator has been given permission to turn the well back into line.
1092103951 2006-01-10 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection - no violations at this time. I did contact Dan Long and requested that he place some barrier around the tank battery to prevent trespassers. The next step would be to fence the tank battery.
1301748059 2003-03-26 Production Wells Violations Noted The tank battery has been dismantled and impacted soil was removed on 3/24. Supr. Cheslock witnessed a portion of the removal. Replacement tanks are to be installed later this week.
1466130041 2006-06-16 Production Wells Violations Noted The fencing violation has been corrected.
1857215261 2006-04-12 Production Wells Violations Noted The well and tank battery are located in a HB278 community. For a while now, various off-road vehicles have been coming down the hill from Myersville Road and driving through the tank battery. I contacted Dan Long in February and asked him to block access to the tank battery. To date, nothing has changed. Cutter is hereby required to place an eight foot high chain link fence around the tank battery.
