0391279348 2018-12-11 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Access was gained through the parking lot of Hope Lutheran Church at 999 Portage Lakes Drive. The well was fenced, but not locked. I spoke with George Strawn ( Everflow ) and requested a lock be placed on the fence door as soon as possible. There was legible signage posted. The well was configured to operate as a plunger lift well. A riser manifold to monitor the 8.625 annular space had a gauge which read 0 psi. Landscaping was placed around the wellhead. The tank battery was landscaped, diked and had a locked fence. Legible signage was posted on the fence. The tank battery equipment included one (1) 100 barrel stock tank, one (1) 50 barrel poly brine tank, one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) domestic meter, one (1) orifice gas meter and one (1) Dominion / EOG measurement station. Proper spacing was observed between the equipment. The chart on the orifice meter reflected the current production period. The 100 barrel stock tank had a carbon filter, lightning arrestor, pressure sealing hatch. The load lines were locked and plugged. No leaks were found at the wellhead or tank battery. No enforcement required.
