1181761708 2007-06-13 Production Wells No Violations This old well field site near Elmore, Ohio has 15 wells. The owner of the wells is Second Oil Ltd. Some of the wells had existing API number while some had new API numbers assigned. A tank battery is being set up on Netcher Road. A 100 barrel tank is in place and a 250 barrel tank is on site for installation. A rubber liner is partially completed on the floor of the containment dike. The liner and dike will be completed when the other tank is installed. Fred Petersen on the Ottawa County Emergency Management Agency called several weeks ago indicating that neighbors complained of odor of oil. Spoke to Tony Krieder of Second Oil who indicated that odor does occur when wells are pumped which is a few times a week. Most wells are in farm fields. No indication of oil around wells checked or at tank battery.
