DEP WQS April Weiland was also present. At the time of the inspection, the site was covered with ~12" of snow. Site approval was determined at this time, but may be subject to change after snow melt. Site and pad were constructed. Pits and water storage impoundment were in place. It is recommended that the water storage impoundment be visibly marked/fenced for safety reasons. Under cover of snow, impoundment was barely visible. Compost Sock should be installed and maintaind at Wetlands 1 and 10 and along access road. All necessary BMPs need to be adequately constructed. |
