Well Is in Compliance. |
1552201972 | 2016-11-23 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well is located in the back of a single-family residence, in a sub-surface vault. At the time of this inspection, the well was comprised of 6-inch wellhead with reducer fitting to 2-inch supply connection and associated valve fittings and knock-out tanks. The vault was partially filled with water, obscuring much of the elements. I met with well owner Ron Gibosn at the location. I did not note any meter-detectable gas within the vault of ambient areas outside of the vault. Access to the well is via a 1/4-inch sheet metal lid, which was replaced and secure following inspection. The production reports are current, as well as bonding and insurance. |
