0093411644 | 2014-07-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspected production well on 07/16/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-vertical separator, 1-horizontal separator, an 1-underground brine vault within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within an unlocked wooden fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
1095870971 | 2004-09-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | Well is equipped with pump jack, rods and tubing. 2 - 100 barrel tanks with separator and concrete brine tank in battery. Area is fenced . Sun, 80 degrees. |
1290977594 | 2013-11-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspected production well on 11/21/2013 with Tom Benko. Tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl tanks, 2 separators, and an underground brine vault within an unlocked wooden fence. Tank battery is shared by two wells, however each well has their own tank and separator. Well identification is posted at the tank battery. Wellhead is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
1362076784 | 2013-02-28 | Production Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well and found one pump jack with an electric powered motor on the wellhead. The pressure on the tubing was 60 psi. and I could not determine the pressure on the casing as the gauge was broken. I noticed a small amount of oil stainage on the ground below the wellhead, but observed no curent leaks on the wellhead or on the adjacent piping. The wellhead and pump jack were enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with an unlocked gate door. A well identification sign was posted on the front of the fence. The area within the fence and around the outside of the fence was well maintained. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one in ground concrete brine storage tank, one horizontal oil and gas separator unit, one gas sales run with a working chart recorder and one drip assembly. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel tank and no visible leaks were seen on the tank or piping within the tank battery. The tank battery was enclosed on three sides with a tall wooden privacy fence with an unlocked access gate and the east side fence section consisted of a steel chain link fence with barbed wire. An additional well identification sign was posted on the front section of the fence. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. It was determined that this tank battery also houses production equipment for the Bigler #1 well. |
