The dike surrounding the tank battery needs to be re-built. Dikes need to be built around the two separate tanks on the site or tanks need to be removed. A dike also needs built around the well head. Identification needs to be posted on tank battery and well head compliant with 1501:9-9-05 A(10). A flare needs to be built for the gas that is being vented compliant with 1501:9-9-05 B. Production records for 2010 need to be submitted. |
