There is no dike around the tank and there is no identification posted at location. Operator must post proper identification at well head and construct dike in order to meet SPCC requirements. Dick Poling is sending in for a permit to plug this well in the next few days and plans on plugging the well sometime between now and fall. |

They shot the casing at 5412 and could not pull it loose from the hole. There was at least 2 of stretch. Appalachian went back in and shot at 5371 and the casing came loose after shooting it again at 5374. |
