1801531749 | 2018-08-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0618. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery remained drivable and stable. The 8.625 well head was at grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. The earthen dike around the production equipment was worn. The location and history of fluid production did not present a clear and present hazard that would require a dike. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair. The identification sign was worn and peeling off of the tank. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair and was located in an earthen depression. I notified Enervest field superintendent Larry Lower of the identification sign on the tank. Mr. Lower stated he would have the lease operator replace the identification sign in the next week. I will schedule a follow-up inspection to document the repair. |
