0046078498 | 2010-10-26 | Production Wells | No Violations | I performed a random field inspection. I GPSd both the tank battery and the wellhead. I continued to walk around both the wellhead and the tank battery. This inspection satisfies 1501:9-9-05. There were no violations at this time. |
0485198041 | 2018-06-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2256. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the location remained drivable through a paved street. Road conditions to the well prevented vehicle access except by ATV. The well was located within a locked chain-link fence enclosure. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. A locked chain-link fence enclosure that contained correct identification was present around the equipment. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) pressure operated vertical separator and one (1) 50 bbl poly brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and was metered directly to market. The brine tank remained in good repair with a closed and plugged valve. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
0753912477 | 2004-03-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-separator a dike that is low on the north side and a fence. |
