0962976799 | 2007-12-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | I performed a random field inspection. GPSd the well and the tank battery for the first time. The ID sign was posted. The tank battery was in good shape. There were no violations at this time. |
1522947192 | 2018-04-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2344. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery was immediately off of a paved street. Correct identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well was plumbed above grade and pipelined to the tank battery. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was protected from collision by a steel guiderail. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and two (2) 50 bbl production tanks. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day production chart. Correct identification was posted on the door. The production tanks remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. Hatch lids were closed. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
