0226395609 | 2005-03-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage atnk, 1-1,300 gallon plastic salt water tank, 1-separator and a dike. |
1128612300 | 2018-05-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2364. ODNR-DOGRM Northeast District Supervisor Stephen Ochs was present during the inspection. Access to the well and tank battery remained drivable and stable. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The plunger lift was operating at the time of inspection. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl steel production tank and one (1) 1200 gallon poly brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The poly brine tank remained in good repair and was holding fluid. The inlet valve was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
1267171636 | 2010-08-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | On 8/4/10 at 3:30 PM I received a call from LT Rick Miller(330-799-8502 or 330-799-4209)of the Austintown Fire Dept. about a complaint. A residence had complained that some vegetation killer from the wellhead and the tank battery got into the ditch. I told Mr. Miller that I would check the location Thursday morning. I arrived on the location. The wellhead and the tank battery were GPSd. The area around the wellhead and the tank battery had been spread with vegetation killer. But I could not find any visual signs of the vegetation killer getting into the ditch or even close to the ditch. The tank battery and the well are in a low area. The small ditch is 60 feet to the west of the wellhead and the tank battery. I called LT Miller to give him my findings. He had inspected the well site yesterday and found no signs of vegetation killer in the ditch. This case is resolved. |
