1323101396 2011-12-05 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations Call from AEP because they were working on the right of way in Zaleski State Forest. They found a 3 steel line on top of the ground and they wanted to know if the line was active. I called Oil and Gas Producers Underground Protection Services and they have no record of any registered lines in Waterloo Twp. There is a well location 400 feet from the line however. So I went to GPS location of well within 17 feet. Unable to find well. Geosurvey card states well was plugged and abandoned. Spoke with Gene Chini about building pad above the line to prevent it from being crushed by equipment.
