Today Knox Energy had Huffman and Bowers bring out there cement truck to set the bottom plug through 2 tubing. A 400ft bottom plug was set using class A cement. The well circulated while pumping the plug.

0586046330 2016-06-17 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was back on location to witness the plugging of this well. The 5.5 casing was ripped at 3380ft. Huffman and Bowers rigged up there equipment to set the following plugs through the 5.5 casing. The Clinton, Big Lime, Bottom of Surface and surface plug were all set through the 5.5 casing. The cement stayed at the surface and did not settle. This well is now plugged.

1212756584 2008-06-05 Production Wells No Violations On 6/5/08 at approx 4:45 pm a Brine hauler ( MartinDill ) UIC # 344, hooked up to the 3 line on the bottom of the production tanks ( 3 connected together ) as he started recovering the brine from the tanks he hear and seen fire coming from the top of the center tank. He unhooked from the 3 gathering line and moved his truck to call the Fire Dept. ( New Lexington ). This allowed the oil and brine to escape from the 3 line and flow away from the tank battery and not into the dike. Approx 5 bbls of oil flowed approx 200 ft. Area of spill is grassy with little to no brush, Company placed 2 sumps at end of spill, no oil entered the waters of the State. Company will be flushing the area with fresh water and collecting the oil in the sumps. Will remove oily materials and compost, haul in fresh soils and cattle manure for contaminated area. Will tile in fresh soil and manure then lime, seed and mulch area. Company has a Bob Cat and small track hoe, 2 water tracks, 2 dump trucks and 6 guys cleaning up spill. Cause of Fire is undetermined, was not heating tanks, truck driver does not smoke, company feels it may have started from static electric in the air. Damage to the production tank is man hole cover ( fiber glass lid ). 6/6/08 Company started clean up today by flushing area with fresh water to remove any oil left in grassy area. Hauled out approx 10 tons of oily materials from site. Hauled in approx 20 tons of clean soil, spread soil over area where oily material had been removed. Hauled in approx 50 tons of cattle manure and spread on area.
