1334860139 | 2012-04-04 | Field Inspected, Well Not Found | No Violations | I conducted an inspection of the area with fellow ODNR inspector John Fleming for signs of a leaking plugged and abandoned well. We inspected the area in an approximate 50 radius of the given GPS coordinates. No well head could be found and there were no signs of a well leak in the area; i.e.. no dead vegetation, no gas or oil bubbling to the surface, no audible gas hissing and no gas odor present. This inspection was conducted per request of Regional Oil & Gas Supervisor Gene Chini. |
