0012580529 | 2017-10-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | During this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. Production records for this well were current. The tank battey consisted of one 210 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart on the sales line showed production. The tank battery was diked and fenced and shared with well 2-1281. Legible signage was located at the tank battery and the lease access was stable. No violations observed. |
1383754956 | 2013-11-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The valves on the wellhead are closed. The well and tank battery are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 210 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The flow line valve leading into the separator is closed. The chart in the chart box has not been changed since 10/16/2012. Production records show the well has not been produced since 2011. The bottom of both of the 210 BBL tanks has rusted through. There is oil around the base of both tanks. The tanks need to be repaired or replaced immediately. The oil contaminated stone needs to be removed and replaced. The tank battery has proper identification on it. The lease road is in stable condition. I will contact Mr. McDaniel, a supervisor for Enervest about the well. The well shall be placed back into production in 90 days. If the well is not producible a plugging permit shall be obtained within 90 days and the well shall be plugged within 180 days of this compliance action. |
1389712956 | 2014-01-14 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well was placed back into production. The tank battery the well was produced into has been removed and is now currently being produced into the tank battery for permit number 2-1281. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The company installed a new flow line from the well to the tank battery. No violations found. |
