0006307862 2015-03-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day the 26 casing was cemented in a 30 open hole to a depth of 110. Stingray ran 256 sks of class A cement with cement to surface established. See cement ticket for details. No violations noted.
0251914706 2015-05-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Operator failed to get cement returns back to surface during the 9.625 cement job. A temperature log was ran and it was determined that a cement bond log would be required to determine the top of cement. Remedial action will be decided following the bond log.
0281981549 2018-05-07 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be equipped with a plunger artificial lift technology system. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 440 pounds in between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 1700 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
0283367925 2017-10-19 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area that contains four 400-
0589045224 2015-12-16 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Vegetation has been established at this well site. Erosion and sediment controls are in place and functioning properly. Preliminary Restoration for this site has passed.
1430397152 2015-04-30 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Patterson 238 has mobilized to this pad and intends to spud today. No violations noted.
1636583722 2015-05-01 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the date of inspection I am on site to witness the cementing of the surface casing. I was informed by Gulfport consultant, Josh Elliot, that the Patterson 538 rig had drilled a 24 inch diameter hole to a depth of 358 feet. Wyoming Casing Services set 18.625 inch, 87.5lbs/ft casing on bottom. I field titrated chlorides with a Quantab and found the level to be 32ppm. Stingray pumped 541sk of Class H cement, 15.6ppg, 1.21 yield, 3% CaCl2, 0.15% CL-HV, 0.15% C-41P. Stingray displaced cement with 97bbl of fresh water. Plug was bumped, floats held, and 19bbl of cement returned to surface.
1946672771 2018-08-07 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well pad surface and lease road has a gravel surface and is in good repair. There are 3 wells present on the pad all in production. The said well is equipped with a lower A section and upper B section with 2 diameter riser pipes present at the well head and equipped with valves and manual pressure gauges to monitor annular pressure. The 13.375 x 9.625 diameter casing pressure was 550 pounds per square inch (psi) the 9.625 x 5.5 diameter casing pressure was zero psi. The 5.5 diameter production casing internal working pressure was 300 psi and the production flow line pressure was 400 psi. The well is equipped with production tubing and artificial lift technology. There is a single gas processing unit on location. At the right rear corner of the well pad is the production fluid facility consisting of 4 steel construction 400 barrel capacity production tanks located inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. There is also a Mark West midstream station at the left front corner entry point of the well pad. Fire extinguishers and emergency shut down control points are present at all the critical areas of the well pad.
