0657812007 | 2019-04-02 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 580 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 545 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 20 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 120 feet ground level. Wyoming Casing ran 529 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 44 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 505 sacks of class H cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 16.8 ppg and yield of 1.096. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 75 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 15 barrels of cement returned to surface and floats held with 1 barrel back. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 25 feet. |
