During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of two 210-barrel tanks, a vertical separator, a drip, and a sales meter. The sales meter had a 2-inch diameter sales line, a .125-inch orifice plate, and a chart recorder with a current chart. All production equipment was within an earthen dike and production records were current.
