Also present for the well was a disconnected line heater, a GP unit and a sand trap. The well was equipped with a plunger lift system with the valves in the open position. Gauges present read 215 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 390 pounds per square inch on the casing with annular pressure monitoring in place. Identification was present and production records were current.

Express gained circulation and cemented pipe with 230 sacks Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .5#/sk. of floseal. Displaced cement with 39bbls of fresh water and had good cement returns of 3bbls to surface.

0441313706 2015-03-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection following up on a phone call from Chesapeake Consultant Brett Farnsworth where he stated that Nomac Drilling Rig #72 was drilling their curve and became stuck at 7806 feet and options were discussed if the rig was not able to retrieve fish. I witnessed that the bottom of the fish was at 7806 feet with the top of the fish at 7387 feet. KLX Pipe Recovery Services found the 100% free point at 7400 feet with the 50% stuck point at 7450 feet and the 100% stuck point 7500 feet. KLX perforated at 7642 feet and Nomac Drilling Rig #72 was not able to gain circulation pressuring up to 3000psi. KLX perforated again at 7521 feet which is 21 feet below the 100% stuck point. Nomac Drilling Rig #72 was able to gain circulation and will continue to work pipe for the next few hours and then notify ODNR of the status.

0941674211 2015-03-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection following up on a phone call from Chesapeake at 23:00 on 3/19/15 that they were not able to get the fish free and they were going to set a kick plug from 7387 feet to 6737 feet. Upon arrival I witnessed that the Nomac Drilling Rig #72 was tripping out of the wellbore after setting the kick plug and circulating on it with plans to trip back in and WOC and sidetrack around plug.

1427461022 2015-03-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection following a call where the rig stated they were flaring, upon arrival Nomac Drilling Rig #72 had reached the bottom of the well bore at 13072 feet and was experiencing a kick of 3400 units with an intermittent flare and had fluid loss of 340bbls. Nomac Drilling Rig #72 pumped a LCM pill and adjusted their mud to 11.9#. Fluid loss slowed as a pinhole developed in the flowline. The rig shut down to repair the line and upon completion of repairs will regain circulation and continue drilling to a planned td of 14748 feet.

1515786416 2015-04-03 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Nomac Drilling Rig#72 had reached total depth of 14587 feet on Sunday and loss returns while taking kicks before getting 5.5 inch 23#/ft P-110 production casing ran to a depth of 14587 feet. Final mud weight was 12.5ppg with total loss of returns 2000bbls. Schlumberger was on site and pumped 60bbls of Mudpush Express and cemented casing with a lead of 880 sacks of class A cement with a weight of 13.5ppg and a yield of 1.68cuft/sk. followed by a tail of 1635 sacks of class A cement with a weight of 15.0ppg and a yield of 1.3cuft/sk. and displaced with 312bbls of fresh water. The well flared during displacement at 201bbls and returns were gained back at 206bbls into displacement circulating 20bbls of Mudpush to surface.
