0431171393 2018-07-18 Production Wells No Violations Domestic well status check inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Ryan Armstrong found the well equipped with 7 diameter casing and 2.375 diameter non upset tubing. No well head is present on the 7 casing and the well bore area between the outside of the 2.375 tubing and 7 casing is open to the atmosphere. No production flow lines are attached to the well head. On location next to the well is a pile of 2.375 diameter tubing and 4.5 diameter casing. In speaking with the current property owner the registered well owner is deceased and they are not using the well for domestic purposes.
1728532614 2018-07-18 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR inspector Bill Stolarik I witnessed that the well was equipped with 7-inch diameter surface casing that was open to atmosphere. The 7-inch diameter casing was not equipped with a well head. There was 2.375-inch diameter tubing inside of the 7 inch diameter casing that was free floating. There was no production equipment on the location at the time of my inspection. There was 4.5-inch diameter casing lying next to the well head. After speaking with the land owner Mindy Ramsey, she informed me that the well was once owned by her grandfather in law who had passed away. Registration was never transferred in RBDMS. The well appeared to be abandoned and was not capable of production.
