0632907705 2018-06-04 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I am following up on complaint number 4996 in regards to an oil spill. I found a well equipped with 8 inch diameter casing, 2 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a walking beam pumping unit. The sign on the electric box indicates the Beucler Brothers Inc are producing the well but RBDMS has the well listed as having a historic owner. Production equipment includes a 210 barrel tank, a 100 barrel tank, and a vertical separator. This equipment is shared between several other wells.

-100bbl tank, 1-210bbl tank and a vertical separator. Records indicate well is unknown working with BBI to correct ownership issues.

1124548024 2018-07-10 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Surveyor technician Lucas Smith to lawrence wells to assist in getting wells operated by Beucler Bros surveyed and get proper ownership shown in RBDMS.
1422636161 2015-01-28 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a pumping unit, rods, tubing, casing. Community production equipment consisted of an older 100bbl steel tank within an earthen dike and a newer 210bbl steel tank. The identification on the well shows that the owner of the well is Beucler Brothers and the well is connected to tanks that belong to Beucler Brothers. I will work with the company and our central office to address the ownership.

2085582490 2016-09-27 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection I found a wellhead equipped with 8 inch casing, 2 inch tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. A one inch line is tied into the tubing and the valve is on. A gauge on the one inch line reads 16 pounds per square inch. The sign on the electric box indicates the Beucler Brothers Inc are producing the well but RBDMS has the well listed as having a historic owner. The tank battery is shared with at least 5 others wells. There is a 210 barrel tank, a 100 barrel tank, and a vertical separator. Around the base of the 100 barrel tank, there is a large puddle of heavy brine that tested for greater than 6078 parts per million chloride content with Quantabs. I called the Beucler Brothers contact number on the tank and notified him of the spill.
