1173668880 | 2016-08-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on site with DOGRM District Supervisor Rick Anderson to conduct a compliance follow-up inspection. The fallen electrical lines running to the pumpjack have been repaired. Correct identification has been posted at the well and tank battery. The underground steel brine tank at the tank battery has been removed. No violations were found at the time of inspection. The compliance notice can be closed. |
1447956285 | 2015-11-04 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | I conducted a follow-up inspection of this site with DOGRM District Supervisor Rick Anderson after my request to the Sound Energy office on September 14th, 2015 for identification to be posted at the well and correct identification to be posted at the tank battery. As of 11/04/2015, no identification was placed at the well, and identification at the tank battery was still labelled as belonging to Dover Atwood. The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack, and the production valves appeared to be in the open position. The electrical box to the pumpjack was on the ground, and electrical lines from the box to the road through the woods were knocked to the ground in part by fallen trees. The electrical box had been pulled off its support pole when the lines were knocked down. The tank battery is located on Lakewood Road SW, and shares production equipment with PN# 20749. It consists of one-210 barrel production tank, and one vertical separator. A heater treater and digital meter with drip bottle are located outside of the dike. The heater treater is not plumbed to production equipment, and is not in use. There is also an underground steel brine tank located outside of the dike. The load lines running from the production tanks were equipped with plugs. The dike surrounding the tank battery is in good repair. A review of records in the State database shows that Sound Energy reported 44 barrels of oil and 198 mcf of gas in 2014. In order to be in compliance, identification with the proper information and emergency phone numbers needs to be placed at the well and tank battery by December 16th, 2015. The underground steel brine tank must be removed per 1501:9-3-08 (B). The unused heater treater must also be removed. The fallen electrical lines running to the pumpjack need to be repaired and power box reinstalled by January 31st , 2016. |
1661661271 | 2011-12-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | With Inspector John Flleming - Could not locate well or lease road will contact company for the information. Well has reported production for 2010. No violations are noted at this time. |
2142250123 | 2015-09-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. There was no identification or emergency contact listed at the well. There are no electric lines running to the well, and the disconnected electrical box was positioned on the ground next to the pole. The tank battery is located on Lakewood Road SW. It shares production equipment with PN# 20749 and consists of one-210 barrel production tank, one vertical separator. A heater treater and digital meter with drip bottle are located outside of the dike. The heater treater is not plumbed to production equipment. The well is equipped with plugs on the production valves to the production tank. The dike surrounding the tank battery is in good repair. There is identification posted at the tank battery, but the identification is labelled as belonging to Dover Atwood Corp. A review of records in the State database shows that Sound Energy reported 44 barrels of oil and 198 barrels of gas in 2014. I contacted Sound Energy at their office and requested for correct identification to be placed at well and tank battery. I will follow up to check that identification has been posted during the week of 09/14/2015. I will contact the operator regarding the production status of this well. |
