THIS WELL PLOTS IN ADAMS TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON COUNTY, BUT IS LISTED UNDER VALENTINE OIL PROPERTIES IN LUDLOW TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON COUNTY. Performed an inspection of this well location in response to a request from DOGRM Permitting Section. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is currently in production. The well consists of a pumping unit standing over 4.5 production casing and 2.375 production tubing. The well is producing sales on the tubing and domestic gas on the casing. The well has been pumped recently, and previous inspection reports indicate the well may be owned by Ray Lang. The tank battery consists of a 100 bbl production tank. No ID information is posted at the well or tank. No pollution or contamination was observed. Photos were taken.

Sits along the road and tank needs dike badly. MIKE - my map shows this is well 22513 and belong to U S Oil and Gas, which lays in Ludlow twp. Must be 2 #2513s on map -

2131912171 2017-07-03 Production Wells No Violations The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, 4 1/2 inch diameter production casing, and 2 3/4 inch diameter production casing. The valves on the wellhead are open at the time of inspection. The tank battery is equipped with a 100 barrel steel tank and a vertical separator. There are no issues to report at this time and the well is in production at the time of inspection.
