0041062628 | 2017-11-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | Follow-up to a flow line leak that I discovered on 11/17/2017 and reported to Everflow Eastern. I spoke with the well pumper (Scott McMillan) this morning and he told me he was able to isolate and repair the line leak on Friday evening (11/17). My inspection today found that the leak has been repaired. No violations. |
0626557227 | 2017-11-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 2.375 rods and tubing and producing with the aid of an electric powered pumping unit. The wellhead is fenced and locked and the required ID is posted on the fencing. The well produces to a diked tank battery to the south and is shared with the Berlin Reservoir #16-D (PN# 3867). The equipment for this well consists of one (1) 210 barrel tank and a horizontal separator. There is a domestic tap and meter on the sales line and the required ID is posted on the fencing. I found a 2 X 2 hole dug just north of the separator on the outside of the fence that is full of muddy water and bubbling vigorously. I could smell methane gas coming from the hole and saw no evidence of crude oil. I contacted the George Strawn (Field Supervisor) and notified him of my findings. He told me he would head to location to see what is leaking. I will follow-up on Monday (11/20) to see if the leak has been repaired. |
