Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1105794826 2009-11-17 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations Inspection this day did not find well. Talked to Mr. Douglas who lives next door and hunts on the land and he said well was there, showed me road to get to it and pointed to where it was. He reports that many years ago, Carl Heinrich came in and pulled all the equipment, well has not been produced since. Talked to Jim Williams and he said they looked for well several years ago and did not find it. Talked to Carl Heinrich and he says he had nothing to do with it (altho our records show he is/was the operator of well), that the well was plugged and is in a slip. I did question him about who took the equipment - he says we should have a record of the plugging as was only 40 years ago. Will ask Columbus to research records to see if there is record of the plugging so we can change status. If well isnt plugged and Carl did take the equipment, he might be responsible for the well. Also talked to BLM/Forest Service and they did not know of any well on this tract of land.
