1341233386 | 2012-06-27 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection this day found well producing with a pumping unit - rod had broke off and crew in to work on well, got it back producing. Tank has a good dike to meet SPCC standards and good identification. |
1423563260 | 2004-12-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspection this day found well not in production, has rods and tubing, really hard to get to, this is on Whipple Runs bond but belongs to Chuck Cook, is being sold to Larrey Martin and he will have in production next 6 months. Not capable at this time. Tank says Cook #2 and thats all - has good dike. No production on this well in 10+ years. |
1934586906 | 2016-03-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is capable of production, but is currently idle. The well consists of a pumping unit standing over 6.625 casing and 2.375 production tubing. Both strings are vented, but no gas is escaping. There is a 1.5 black poly line attached to a tee off of the 2.375 tubing which runs to a small plastic knockout tank, then down to the shared 100 bbl production tank near Upper Archers Fork Rd. No pollution or contamination was observed. I was accompanied on this inspection by DOGRM Geologist Jake Glascock. |
