I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The #1H well is in production and is equipped with plunger lift assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is identified with a legibly-marked well identification sign. Identification was posted at the tank battery which consisted of eight 400 bbl production tanks, four labeled as containing produced water, and four labelled as containing condensate, and one low-pressure vertical separator. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Production equipment on the well pad consisted of: 6 producing wells 8- 400 bbl production tanks, four labelled as containing fresh water, and four labelled as containing condensate 6 sand separators 6 gas processing units 1 low pressure vertical separator located inside of the dike 1 vapor recovery unit 1 horizontal separator, 1 compressor station 2 bullet tanks Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The access road and man doors were locked. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road was stable in in good repair. |
2035317789 | 2013-03-08 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Express Energy Services has drilled a 26 hole to a total depth of 120 and ran 120 of 20 conductor casing. O-TEX cemented the casing with 250 sacks of Class A cement ( 2% CaCl; .5 pound per sack cello flake; and 0.4% C41P ). The cement had a density of 15.6 pound per gallon, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack , and they used 5.24 gallons of mix water per sack. There was good circulation throughout the job and approximately 11 barrels of cement was circulated to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
2038050379 | 2018-11-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate and intermediate/production annular gauges displayed readings of zero psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad and erosional controls appeared functioning. No violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
