0562145786 | 2014-05-04 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inpection after cementing conductor casing on the #205H in front of the drilling rig. Nomac #73 was at a depth of 5,107 with the 8.75 hole. They are currently shut down and servicing the top drive on the rig. All equipment is on contaiment and the location is in good order. No violations. |
0731267608 | 2014-05-03 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on location at 3:15am to witness the 9.625, intermediate casing cement job. Nomac Rig #73 drilled a 12.25 hole to a depth of 2,162 and Wyoming Casing landed the pipe at 2,153. O-Tex Pumping rigged up and cemented the casing with 780 sacks of Class H cement. They dropped the plug and displaced the plug to the collar with 158 barrel of freshwater. The plug landed, passed the pressure test, and the floats held. 36 barrels of cement circulated to the surface. No violations. See casing ticket for more details on this job. |
0834349830 | 2015-12-04 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is equipped with a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence with three-strand barbed wire and the man doors were locked. Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable. The soil stockpile is well-stabilized with vegetation. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road is stable and drivable. Preliminary restoration passed. |
0970121541 | 2017-08-30 | Production Wells | No Violations |
I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The #6H well is in production and is equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 6 producing wells 1 Low pressure vertical separator 1 heat treater 6 sand separators 6 gas processing units 1 combustor unit

1412623346 | 2014-05-01 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on location at 8:37am to witness the cementing of the 13.375 surface casing. Wyoming casing was just picking up the shoe track and going into the hole. Nomac Rig #73 drilled a 17.5 hole to a total depth of 760. The casing was landed at 750 and O-Tex rigged up the cement head. The casing was cemented with 690 sacks of Class H cement. The plug landed and the casing was pressure tested at 950psi for 5 minutes. 40 barrels of cement circulated to surface during the job and the floats held. No violations. See cement report for more details on this job. |
