1038201196 2014-05-30 Inspected production well on 05/30/2014. The tank battery consists of 5-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-2,100 gal plastic tank, 1-vertical separator, and a drip within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor, located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1917714105 2013-05-22 The well is equipped with a pump jack, rods, and tubing. One digit was incorrect in the API number on the ID sign. The number was marked in the field and the company advised the pumper to change the sign. The well is fenced.
