1804695176 | 2013-09-16 | My inspection found the well in production. I was unable to locate the well. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. There were plugs on the load lines. The dike met containment requirements. A 7 day production chart was in the separator. There was a wooden fence surrounding the tank battery with no lock. The proper identification sign was posted on the fence. The lease road was in good condition. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
